We’ll start the project with some reflection. You’ll complete a questionnaire so I can learn how to support you best through this service. Then you’ll share your service operations and client experience and how things are working out. You can tell me your challenges, blocks and questions around how to streamline and simplify workflow. I’ll take all of this onboard for Step 2.

We’ll map out your slick service operations and dream client experience on a 90-minute call – together! You’ll receive ideas for improvement, suggestions for automations and strategies to take your project process up 10 notches.

Before building my own business, I was an Event Manager at a luxury country estate. My job was to ensure that our clients left our events telling their friends and their friends telling their friends about the undeniably good experience they had at our venue.

But it wasn’t the expensive champagne or the lavish decor that people talked about.
