to start: Onboarding & Planning
First up, I’ll ask you for everything I need to know. Spoiler alert: it’s a hefty questionnaire! But once I have all the info, I can get building without needing to ask you hundreds of questions! We’ll also have a 90 minute Onboarding Meeting (unless you book Trailrun), where we’ll plan out the processes for your signature services, down to the tiniest of details.
* If you book Trailrun I’ll ask you about your process and design the workflow for you before asking you to sign off the process
next up: Building & Testing
I’ll send your Implementation form and once that’s complete, it’s over to my favourite part - the build! We have everything they need to start building your Dubsado out. And we do it all. We create your forms (with the exact questions you ask your clients), customise your branding, set up your invoices and payment plans, build your call schedulers - and add everything into your workflows to automate it all!
And then: Over to you!
Once the build is done and we’ve tested every little part, it’s time to hand things back over to you! This is such an exciting part of the process, where you start to see exactly how much Dubsado will transform your business. We’ll have a 30 minute handover call to walk you through everything and answer all your questions, then you can start using it!

Dubsado describes itself as ‘A business management platform for everyone’. Which is vague, but, given just how many features Dubsado has, is probably the only way to capture everything Dubsado is!
Dubsado is a piece of technology (online-based) that helps you to manage the BTS of your business, from invoices to questionnaires and everything in between. It’s there to handle the repetitive admin that drains your time - so that you can focus on growing your business and embracing the freedom it gives you.
The reason I love Dubsado so much is that it does (almost) everything you could possibly need it to do. Instead of trying to integrate 25 different tools to take your clients through the experience of working with you, you can do it all with just Dubsado - and the client experience will be amazing too!

The beauty of Dubsado is that it’s so customisable. Workflows allow you to choose triggers, timings, what to send when, custom emails, custom forms, custom proposals - basically, anything you find yourself doing over and over again with clients, Dubsado can do it for you!

To get the most out of your Dubsado Setup, you will need to invest some time in the process - but it will all be worth it!
You’ll need to share as much information as possible about your business. The onboarding questionnaire I send you when we start working together is pretty detailed - and it will take you some time to go through properly.
You’ll also need to think about what your processes look like, what interactions you have or need to have with your clients, what you need your clients to know and when (including anything you need to email them) and what you need your questionnaires and lead capture forms to ask.
But with all of that in hand, I can do the build without bothering you again.
During the build, I’ll use template copy for things like invoice emails, reminders and any other canned emails, unless you already have copy - but after handover, most clients like to customise these to fit their brand voice.
To get to grips with your new Dubsado system, you will need to spend some time understanding your workflows and learning how to use the platform itself - but you’ll have support with me to help you do that!
