The sessions themselves are worth their weight in gold. We’ll do something you’ve probably never done before and zoom out.
Together we’ll walk through the sequence of steps that need to be taken for you to complete a project from initial enquiry to testimonial. Then I’ll share my expertise on how we can take this process from meh to mind-blowingly good. We’ll plot the places that don’t need manual intervention (oh hi free time!), the places that need some more personalisation and the places that could be tighter and cleaner. Your shoulders will drop about 6” once we’ve finished.

This is where it starts to get exciting. We’ll create your enquiry, onboarding and offboarding process into Dubsado from our defined and refined plan that we made in the Design & Strategy meeting. The team and I will create call schedulers, contracts, proposals, enquiry forms, questionnaires, standard response emails, payment plans AND workflows to tie everything together. This part isn’t as scary as it seems, I promise. We’ll hand over your new systems slowly and steadily so you can get to grips with them. I’ll be sure to take you on a guided tour through your new set-up and I’ll be mindful not to overload you with information at this stage. You’ll get access to the trainings so you can refer back to them at any time (and we recommend you do!).

Don’t worry, we won’t hand over everything and then say sayonara, we’ll be with you for the next 4-weeks to ensure your tech transition goes as smoothly as it possibly can. Each week we’ll give you ideas on what to work on to ensure you’re confident using your new tech tools. Before building my own business, I was an Event Manager at a luxury country estate. My job was to ensure that our clients left our events telling their friends and their friends telling their friends about the undeniably good experience they had at our venue.

Whilst we don’t do any other Project Management Tool builds for this service, the template that we create in ClickUp for your service process is the most basic board view feature, we add in due dates, assignees and ‘how-tos’ on how to complete the task. By just having this basic population you can take ClickUp and go wild. There are so many features that you can use and make your own. However, if you are a diehard Trello or Asana fan, we can create this template for you in there too.

At this point in time we don't as standard for this service. Dubsado is the best CRM out there currently with the most bespoke features. If you can take the time to learn the system you'll be way above the rest. I had a client tell me for a year she didn't like Dubsado and then changed her mind and had a build completed, now she doesn't know what she'd do without it!
