First up, I’ll ask you for everything I need to know. Spoiler alert: it’s a hefty questionnaire! But once I have all the info, I can get building without needing to ask you hundreds of questions! We’ll also have a 90 minute Onboarding Meeting, where we’ll plan out the processes for your signature services, down to the tiniest of details.

BUILDING & TESTING

And now, it’s over to my favourite part - the build! My team has everything they need to start building your ClickUp out. And we do it all. We create your forms (with the exact questions you ask your clients), customise your branding, set up your invoices and payment plans, build your call schedulers - and add everything into your workflows to automate it all!

Once the build is done and we’ve tested every little part, it’s time to hand things back over to you! This is such an exciting part of the process, where you start to see exactly how much ClickUp will transform your business.     ClickUp is incredibly customisable and along with that we have an awesome team of tech experts who are passionate about creating you the perfect process. So if there is a way to create it, we will!!

  • When you consider how much of your time you’ll get back, absolutely not!

    We recommend starting with ClickUps ‘Business’ Plan which is $12 per member per month.

  • The ClickUp Build starts from a BETA price of £1,500. A £400 deposit is required upon booking, with 50% of the remainder due upon project start date and the final 50% due upon handover. Payment plans are available at no extra cost - just ask!

  • To get the most out of your systems build, you will need to invest some time in the process - but it will all be worth it!

    You’ll need to share as much information as possible about your business. The onboarding questionnaire I send you when we start working together is pretty detailed - and it will take you some time to go through properly.

    You’ll also need to think about what your processes look like, what interactions you have or need to have with your team, what you need your team to know and when (including anything you normally email them).

    To get to grips with your new ClickUp system, you will need to spend some time understanding your workflows and learning how to use the platform itself - but you’ll have 14-days of support with our team to help you do that!
